What’s the difference between a daily rate and a one-time fee?

One-time fee is a fixed price for services that require less ongoing engagement, such as in Basic or Standard Sourcing Packages. These tasks are generally quicker to complete and don’t require extensive follow-up or coordination over time.

Daily rate applies to more complex services, like Complex sourcing package, which requires continuous work across multiple days, frequent updates, and adjustments. A daily rate ensures fair billing for tasks that involve ongoing back-and-forth communication, detailed supplier negotiations, and real-time market checks.

How long does it take?

We’ll clarify timing during the consultation. We charge only for the time spent actively working on your project and do not bill for waiting periods or delays outside our control (such as waiting response from suppliers).

How do we finalize everything?

We sign a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), ensuring transparency and protecting your interests.
